So Friday I couldn't really get up it felt like I had just had a baby and I could barely walk. Anytime the baby moved I flinched my stomach muscles were so sore. I couldn't use my abdomen to get up even though I wasn't suppose to be but there was no way I could make it to Yongsan by myself if I couldn't get up by myself let alone walk. So I called up my Doula and she said go to St. Mary's it's closer and find out what's up. So I missed my Friday shot and I called St. Mary's and they said come in and they would get me right in Saturday morning was a good day to come in if I could wait that long. So I hydrated and passed out in front of the air conditioner for about 3 hours I felt so groggy. I had taken my second dose of medicine for my infection the day before and noticed it dehydrated me immediately. So I just needed to make up for that. I began doing my routine of Barley Tea I go to for pretty much everything and it's a miracle. Within the night I was finally feeling better and not like I was dying anymore. I couldn't move without becoming out of breath before. So in the morning I felt better but still sore and couldn't walk but I didn't feel like I had a hangover anymore so that was good. So we got in the car and all set to go and there was traffic so it took us like an hour to get there. I couldn't walk at all and my legs were going crazy car rides really suck at this point. So my husband got the wheelchair and we went in and got an ultrasound and tests.
My husband was freaking out of course making sure they knew what they were doing and they knew what I had and stuff driving the poor ladies nuts no wonder they don't allow men in there! So they did the contractions machine and 0 contractions this time even though my stomach was hard as a rock which usually isn't good. But everything was fine. The whole time the monitor thing was on Baby Boy was kicking it and hurting me of course. Then they did some test swabs and then the outside sonogram and the belly sonogram. Good news is she checked my cervix length like 10x and it's at a 3.36 and said I didn't have it anymore! Which is great! So the progesterone shots were working! The baby was fine he was very active and right on schedule.
So we leave next Monday and I will go to see an OB in Boise and see what all this really means but I don't need my shots anymore as long as I'm monitored. So that's good! But so far I haven't been seen by any doctor except St. Mary's the Korean Hospital. So we pretty much know nothing about anything and would really like to talk to someone that knows a little more on the topic! But at least I'll be good to fly. I still can't walk he is super low and they said all the pain was because my Uterus was growing and I can't stretch out since I'm on bed rest but to keep doing what I'm doing because it's working! So wheelchairs are mandatory now and it feels so much better when I use one anyway because walking hurts. Not sure I want to have 10 kids now!
